| 摘 要： | 大学生的人际关系问题一直是发展心理学和高校心理学研究中比较活跃和备受人关注的一个领域，也是具有重要实践意义的一个研究课题。根据近年来该领域的研究的一些成果和动态，对大学生人际交往特点和大学生人际关系障碍形成因素进行分析，提出了几点改善大学生人际交往问题的建议。

| Abstract: | The problem of college active and attracts much attention in the students＇interpersonal relationship has always been a field which is quite developmental psychology and college psychology research, and also been a research topic with much practical significance. Based on some research results and trends of years, the thesis analyses the characteristics of college students＇ interpersonal communication and factors of college students＇interpersonal disturbance, and then advances a few suggestions on how to students＇interpersonal communication. |
