| 摘 要： | 大学生隐私权是大学生就读期间依法享有的,对属于自己私人生活范畴的事项依法自由支配并排除他人非法干涉的一项人格权利。高校管理中,大学生隐私权的侵权方式主要有非法干涉大学生"隐的权利"和非法侵犯大学生"私的权利两种类型"。当下我国高校管理中,保护大学生隐私权亟须从理顺高校与大学生的法律关系和引入正当法律程序两方面入手。

| Abstract: | College students’ privacy rights are legal rights,which ensure college students control their privacy life freely and exclude illegal interference according to law.In the university management,there are two invasion types of college students’ privacy rights: one is interfering college students’ the right ’to be let alone’ illegally,the other is violating college students’ the right ’to be confidential’ illegally.To protect college students’ privacy rights,we should straighten out the legal relationship between university and students,and introduce due process of law to university management. |
