摘    要:教学中,教师的教学理念与教学行为相互影响。现实中存在教学理念与教学行为割裂的现象:缺乏先进的教学理念,教学理念不能有效指导教学行为;了解并具有一定的先进教学理念,但不足以或不能够有效指导教学行为;理解并掌握了先进教学理念,但不愿意应用于指导教学行为。要通过转变教师态度、提高教师能力、改进教师评价、改革培训方式等途径,努力促成教学理念与教学行为的融合。

Abstract:Teachers’ conceptions and behavior of teaching influence each other in teaching process.The separation between conceptions of teaching and teaching behavior exist in reality:the conceptions of teaching can’t direct teaching behavior effectively because of the absence of advanced conceptions of teaching;knowing some advanced conceptions of teaching,but can’t make full use of these conceptions to direct teaching behavior;understanding and mastering advanced conceptions of teaching,but dislike to apply them.We should make every effort to promote the integration of conceptions of teaching and teaching behavior by the way of changing teachers’attitudes,enhancing teachers’abilities,improving evaluation of teacher,reforming training mode.
