| 摘 要： | 针对大学生开展心理健康教育时需要了解他们的态度.问卷调查结果表明,大学生认为心理健康教育很有必要,他们偏爱的心理健康教育途径依次是心理健康课、心理知识讲座、学生心理健康社团、校园媒体宣传和心理咨询.综合多种途径开展心理健康教育是比较理想的选择.

| Abstract: | It is necessary to know about college students' attitude before giving them mental health education.Through questionnaire survey,we learn that college students support mental health education firmly,the way they pefer,in descending order,are class teaching,lecture,student societies,school media and psychological counselling.No doubt,the best way is to integrate multiple channels and make free choice. |
