| 摘 要： | 罪犯是可以改造和康复的,这已为中国改造罪犯的历史所证明,但罪犯可以改造和康复,仅是一种可能,要使这种可能变为现实,必须通过艰辛的劳动和经过一个复杂的过程。中国对罪犯的康复模式是在执行刑罚的前提下,通过对罪犯严格准确执行刑罚,进行教育改造、劳动改造、心理矫治,以及动员社会力量,包括罪犯亲属,广泛参与罪犯的改造工作来实现的。

| Abstract: | Criminals Can be transformed which has be proved by Chinese history of transforming criminals.However,the transformation and recovery of criminals are only a possible solution,it is a difficult turn the possibility into reality.This paper attempts to analyze the basis,mode problems and strategies of the recovery of criminals in China. |
