| 摘 要： | 通过调查统计，我们认为我国体育执法状况不佳有一定的普遍性，其主要问题是执法难，执法力度不够；本文分析了产生问题的原因，提出了8条具体对策。

| Abstract: | By surveys and statistics, it is believed that the execution of sports laws in China is universally ineffective. Its main problam is that it is difficult to execute the laws and that the degree of enforcement is insufficient. This paper analyzes the causes of the problems produced under execution, and puts forward eight concrete strategies. |
