| 摘 要： | 本文报导了用洗衣粉溶液作为诱导剂,观察有丝分裂期微核细胞的行为.试验结果表明:部分蚕豆根尖微核细胞能进行有丝分裂,分裂时,只有主核进行分裂,而微核在细胞周期的各阶段未见进行分裂.此外,本文报导了在有丝分裂前期及后期观察到个别微核有轻度凝集的现象.

Preliminary Studies on Micronucleated cell Behaviour during Mitosis |

| Abstract: | This experiment studies on micronucleated cell behaviour during Mitosis by using detergent to injure the root tip cells of Vicia faba. The results showed that part of the micronucleated cells coald enter into Mitosis. And only the main nucleus could be devided into two part during Mitosis, but the micronuleus could not. And there is condensed chromosome in a few micronucleated cells. |
