摘    要:世界多民族国家都希望提高少数民族的文化素养以实现各个民族的共同发展。美国为培养少数民族高层次人才,在立法、规划、内容、管理上做出不懈努力,体现了多元文化、民族弱化、公平效率兼顾、政策主体积极互动、宽进严出加补救措施和关注教师多样化等政策特征。

Abstract:Most multi-ethnic countries would hope that all their ethnic groups may develop together with improved cultural attainments of the minorities . The United States of America have made great efforts to train talents of ethnic minorities through effective legislation ,planning ,programs ,and management that emphasize a policy of multiculturalism ,ethnic weakening ,balance between efficiency and fairness ,active interaction ,loose admissions and strict graduation with remedial measures ,and faculty diversification .
