| 摘 要： | 知识产权保护技术是法律保护、经济驱动之外的知识产权保护的重要基础与保障。本文着眼于我国知识产权保护技术的现状，介绍了目前在我国存在的知识产权保护技术，提出我国知识产权保护技术与国外的差距及未来技术的发展方向。

| Abstract: | The Intellectual property right protective technology is the important foundation and guarantee of the intellectual property right protection besides legal protection and the prompting of economy. Based on the present situation of the intellectual property right protective technology in China, we introduce the intellectual property right protective technology now in ,then we put forward spatial difference on the protective technology between China and foreign counties and the develop direction of the intellectual property right protective technology in China. |
