日本信息技术外包项目的决策过程

摘    要:日本企业采用信息技术外包进行项目开发正成为趋势,但采用项目外包的决策是一个审慎的过程。这也就要求日企首先对项目是否适合外包进行分析判断,在确定适合外包的项目和项目内容之后,建立强有力的外包管理部门,选定技术实力强、业务交流能力较高的接包公司,以确保项目顺利完成。

Abstract:It has become a trend for Japanese companies to adopt ITO for project development. Howev- er, the decision making process to proceed ITO is rather prudent. It requires Japanese companies make out whether a project is suitable for outsourcing, after the project contents deemed suitable for outsourcing is determined. Setting up capable outsourcing management team and choosing the contractor with enough technique and communication capabilities are critical to ensure the smooth accomplishment of the project.
