| 摘 要： | 图书馆服务过程中的效率和平等在理想条件下可以相互促进,协调发展,但由于受到多种复杂社会因素的制约,二者往往存在着某种程度的背离.如何保持效率与平等的协调发展,是现代图书馆服务中迫切需要解决的重大课题.本文在分析效率与平等的原生机制基础上,阐述了图书馆资源属性对图书馆服务效率与平等的决定性作用,并对如何实现图书馆服务效率与平等协调发展问题进行了初步论述.

This poper, hosed on the mechonism of efficiency ond equolity, explains the decisive role of librory resource ottribute to the efficiancy ond equatity of librory service, ond discusses how to ochieve the efficiency ond equality. |
