| 摘 要： | 荣氏集团是旧中国资力最雄厚、规模最宏大的民族企业集团，是中国民族工业发展史上一个极令人注目的家族。因其当时在面粉业和棉纺业雄届首位，而有“面粉大王”、“棉纱大王”之称。荣氏企业能够在较短的时间内兴旺发达起来，关键在于他们擅长在不同时期以灵活多变的方式进行融资。

| Abstract: | The Jung Group was the most abundant of the financial viability, the most ambitious national enterprise group of the scale in old China, and was a family of very compelling in the history of China＇s national industrial development.For at that time having the first session of the male in the flour industry and the cotton industry, it had the tide of ＂King of the Flour＂ and ＂King of the Cotton＂.The key factor of Jung Group flourishing in a relatively short period of time was that they were good at using flexible approach to financing in different time. |
