| 摘 要： | 随着我国经济持续高速发展，银行业的进一步对外开放，越来越多的外资金融机构参股我国商业银行。外资参股，可以解决我国商业银行业资本金不足、完善公司治理结构、改变经营理念，但同时随着外资入股比例和交易金额的逐步升高，也出现了一系列负面影响。我国银行业应加强外资参股法律规章的完善，确定合理的资本价格，加强对外资入股行为的监管。

| Abstract: | With the rapid development of Chinag economy and the further opening up of bank sectors, more and more shares of foreign- funded financial institutions participate in China＇s commercial banks. For the foreign equity participation, China＇s commercial banking sector can solve the shortage of capital , improve the structure of cooperation and renew the idea of management. But as the proportion of foreign investment and the amount of the transaction increase gradually, there are a series of negative effects on it. China＇s banking industry should strengthen and improve the laws and regulations related to foreign equity participation. And now we need to determine the reasonable price of capital and strengthen the supervision of foreign investment. |
