物理教师主体性的缺失与建构

摘    要:物理教师的主体性是一种优秀的教学品质。针对当前物理教学的实际问题,分别从社会、学校制度和教师自身素质等层面,对物理教师主体性的缺失进行归因。力倡以物理课程改革为契机,在对物理学进行文化阐释和价值开发的过程中,为教师文化提供合理应有的支持,使物理教师的主体性得以展现。

Abstract:The subjectivity of physics teachers is a kind of excellent quality.According to the current problems of physics teaching,we attribute the absence of physics teachers' subjectivity to society, school system and teachers' personal quality.It is required that we should make use of the chance of physics curriculum reform and provide support for teacher culture in the process of cultural explanation and value development in physics,which is conducive to the display of physics teachers' subjectivity.
