特色学校的范式理论与形成机制

摘    要:特色学校是近年来教育界,特别是基础教育界热门话题。从库恩的范式理论视角来看,特色学校是学校共同体探索适合学校卓越发展范式的活动过程,旨在形成学校共同体的共同信念、理论框架和操作办法等。特色学校创建思路是顶层设计、实践生成和范式形成。顶层设计是设计特色学校创建规划,要体现规划的体系化、机制化、民主化;实践生成是特色学校创建实践过程,要体现实践过程的问题化、探究化、叙事化;范式形成是特色学校创建成果的提炼,要形成学校共同体的共同信念、理论框架和操作办法等。

Abstract:The featured school has been a hot topic in recent years in the education field. In view of Kuhn's paradigmtheory perspective, the featured school is an excellent type of educational institution for the school community toexplore for the activities of excellent development. It is also intended to form the school community of shared values,theoretical framework and operational methods, etc. The way of formation of the featured school is to create a top-leveldesign, practice reflection and form the school-based paradigms. The top-level design is to create a school-oriented,systematic, institutionalized, democratized school development planning. The practice reflection is the process tocreate featured school which must explore and reflect the problems of practice, and narrate the whole process ofproblem solving. The school-based paradigms is to refine the excellent school experiences for the school communityto achieve the shared values, theoretical framework and operational methods.
