| Abstract: | If we want it to come true that all the government leaders and officials are self-disciplined and honest,we first have to let them know the importance of it;then we have to set up a sound supervising organization and rules.The author of this article proposes solutions of how to keep the government leaders and officials honest and self-disciplined. |
