| 摘 要： | 最初朴素的孝亲意识重在拜祭祖先和敬老养老，原本并未包含绝对服从君长的要求。自孔子创始为孝文化灌注以忠顺原则为核心的价值精神，从而为后来中国父家长制式的专制统治贡献了以孝治天下的政治策略——儒家孝道伦理。儒家孝道伦理体现了传统父家长制的家庭伦常与专制政治纲纪的紧密结合，构成中国专制主义等级统治的思想基础。虽然它在历史上曾起过进步作用，但毕竟有违近代自由、民主、平等精神，今天仍必须进行更深入的理性批判。

| Abstract: | The original filial consciousness, which gives emphasis on the worship of the ancestors and the respect and providing for the old, contains no requirements of the absolute obedience to the monarch. Confucius instills the value of loyalty and obedience into the filial culture and contributes to the Chinese paternalism and autocracy the political strategy the filial ethics of Confucianism, which reflects the close combination of the traditional paternalism of family ethics with the autocratic politics and constitutes the ideological foundation of the hierarchical autocracy. Although the filial ethics has played a progressive role in history, it does not agree with the modern spirit of liberty, democracy and equality and thus needs more rational criticism. |
