| 摘 要： | 苏共亡党和苏联的解体至今已过了整整20年，但它留给世人特别是各国共产党的教训仍然是深刻的。今天深入思考这一重大历史性事件的原因和历史教训亦有十分重要的现实意义，特别是对于加强中国共产党的执政建设和巩固执政地位尤为重要。导致苏共亡党和苏联剧变的原因有很多。但有一个被人们忽略的重要原因是苏共的领导层中的腐败程度。并且，“体制问题”这个“深层根源”的问题值得引起我们重视。我们应当深刻领会邓小平、江泽民同志关于加强党的建设和执政为民的重要思想，保持共产党的先进性和人民群众的血肉联系，从而避免苏共悲剧的重演。

| Abstract: | It has been 20 years since the destruction of the Rusian Communist Party and the disintegration of Russia. Yet they have taught the people and the Communist Parties all over the world a profound lesson. A reflection on the causes and lesson we can draw from this important historical event possess great significance, especially to the construction and stablilization of the Chinese Communist Party. The destruction of the Russian Communist Party and the disintegration of Russia are done by many causes, an important one of which, often neglected, is the degree of corruption among the leaders of the Russian Communist Party. Thus attention should be paid to the ＇problems with the system＇. To avoid the tragedy from recurring again, we should further understand the importance of party construction and government for and the masses. the people, and strengthen the relationship between the Party |
