2,4-D对香蕉胚性愈伤组织增殖的影响

摘    要:将香蕉胚性愈伤组织为起始材料,研究了2,4-D对香蕉胚性愈伤组织增殖生长的影响.结果表明:2,4-D的浓度为2mg/L时,香蕉胚性愈伤组织生长迅速,增殖倍数最高,培养30d后,胚性愈伤组织生长量达到16.1g.且形态特征和生长状态最好,颜色鲜黄、柔软、颗粒大小均衡、易分散,是建立ECS的理想起始材料.

Abstract:The effects of different concentration of 2,4-dichloro phenoxyacetic acid (2,4-D) on the proliferation of embryogenic callus from Musa spp. were studied. The growth of embryogenic callus and the rate of callus proliferation were highest when 2,4-D was at concentration of 2 mg/L, and 16. 1 g embryogenic callus were obtained after cultured 30 d. The embryogenic callus were yellow, soft and friable, which were dispersed easily. They were ideal materials for the establishment of ECS.
