| 摘 要： | 鉴于知识管理战略选择的复杂性特征及研究中存在的问题，在知识管理战略选择决策中引入复杂系统建模的方法--人工神经网络技术，建立了知识管理战略选择BP神经网络模型，以辅助组织进行知识管理战略选择决策。通过实证研究，演示和验证该模型的应用，研究结果显示该模型可应用于知识管理战略选择决策中。

| Abstract: | The successful implementation of knowledge management depends on whether organizations can better select a suitable knowledge management strategy. In view of the complexity of knowledge strategy selections, this paper uses a modeling method of complex system—BP artificial neural network to develop a model of knowledge strategy selection in order to help companies that need to select knowledge management strategies. Additionally, an empirical study is presented to illustrate the application of the proposed model and verify its effectiveness. |
