Abstract:The author points out that the foreign language teacher's role as a best organizer in students' study of foreign languages requires that teachers of foreign languages should have the good language teaching characteristics mentioned in this essay. At the same time, the ways for foreign language teachers to realize self improvement are introduced with some necessary examples.
