成人教育学科体系的构建与发展

摘    要:经过20年的努力,我国成人教育学科体系已基本形成。但由于起步晚、研究力量不足、基础研究薄弱等,使得成人教育学科体系的建设未能充分体现理论体系的原创性、知识体系的完整性、课程体系的合理性、学科之间内在联系的逻辑性。因此,需要面对充满变动的成人世界,对我国具体而生动的成人教育实践进行思辨,重建学科研究范式、重廓学科研究边界,回归成人的生活世界,构建全新的成人教育学科理论体系、知识体系和课程体系,实现我国成人教育学科体系建设的跨越式发展。

Abstract:China's ADCS was established on the whole after twenty years' efforts,however,because of its later establishment,shortness of research faculty,weakness of fundamental research,the construction of ADCS did not fully demonstrate its originality,integrity of knowledge system,rationality of course system and logicality of interdisciplinary relationship.Therefore,speculation is needed to promote a specific,lively adult education practice. That is to say,to reconstruct the discipline research model and enlarge the area of discipline research is the way to return to adult world to build the wholly new theory,knowledge and course system so as to realize the leap-forward development of the construction in the area of ADCS in China.
