| 摘 要： | 网络信息技术在大学英语教学中的广泛应用，信息素养对英语教师越来越重要。通过分析信息素养的基本涵义，培养大学英语教师信息素养的重要意义，并结合实际提出培养英语教师信息素养措施：对于教育主管部门和学校而言，要加强信息基础设施建设，积极营造有利于培养教师信息素养的环境与氛围；对教师而言，要转变信息意识与观念，在教学中逐步提升信息素养，自觉培养信息素养。
