| 摘 要： | 邓小平纠正那种全面排斥和严厉遏制个人物质利益的愿望，以及那种只要个人利益，不顾国家和人民利益的两种错误倾向。明确提出了政治思想工作既要讲革命精神又要讲物质利益的经济伦理思想。同时在实施中科学地运用马克思主义按劳分配原则，拉开和保持一定的利益差距，让一部份人通过辛勤劳动先富起来，从而促进经济效益的提高，最终实现全体人民共同富裕

| Abstract: | Deng Xiaoping rectifies the two inclinations for completely rejecting and containing the desire for personal material interests and for seeking personal interests in disregard of those of the people and the nation.He manifests his thought in economic ethics that the political idiological work should advocate both revolutionany spirit and material benefits.In doing this,the Marxist principle of distribution according to work should be scientifically carried out to incease and keep the benefit gap to some extent and allow some people to take the lead in making profits and getting rich through their efforts and labour so as to enhance economic benefits and eventually make all the people lead a well to do life. |
