| 摘 要： | 以高水平运动员竞技表现为起点展开探讨,将运动员人格作为竞技表现的结构性要素进行分析,提出了运动员人格中的道德、智慧、意志三要素,继而确立了竞技表现人格塑造的内容体系,以期为运动训练理论的发展做出有益贡献.
