连铸生产GCr15轴承钢工艺的改进

摘    要:针对连铸生产GCr15轴承钢出现的质量问题,将过热度、结晶器水流量、二冷比水量、电磁搅拌等工艺参数进行调整。调整后生产的GCr15轴承钢过程中,钢水的可浇性得到了改进,避免中间包发生冻钢事故,防止铸坯产生矫直裂纹,产品的低倍合格率明显提高,带状组织100%合格,质量明显提高。

Abstract:Considering some defects in the casting produced bearing steel GCr15,we adjust a series of technological parameter,such as superheat degree,mould water flow,secondary cooling water consumption,and current for electromagnetic agitation.As a result,it improves the pourability of molten steel,avoids the steel freezing in tundish,prevents the straightening crack produced in bloom,and improves the qualified rate of macrostructure.The banded structures are qualified 100% and steel quality distinctly enhances.
