| 摘 要： | 主要采用问卷法对辽宁、吉林和黑龙江三省15所高校1799名大学生就课外参与排球活动现状进行调查。调查结果为:在大学生喜爱的体育活动中,排球处于第4位;由于排球教学在各个阶段的普遍开展,绝大多数学生有排球经历,仅有5 3%的学生到大学阶段仍未接触过排球;按照专家制定的"经常性参与者"评定标准,仅有3 56%的大学生符合此标准。据此提出降低技术难度,推广软式排球,俱乐部半社会化,深化排球教学改革等一系列建议以推动课外参与,使排球成为一项老少皆宜的终生体育活动。

| Abstract: | Based mainly on the method of questionnaires, the article investigates the present state of 1799 students in 15 colleges participating in volleyball after class among Liaoning, Jilin and Heilongjiang province. The result is that volleyball is the forth loved sports activity by college students. Because volleyball is taught widely during all kinds of phases, most of college students have experience of contacting with volleyball. Only 5.3% of college students haven't contacted volleyball even after they step into colleges . According to the criterion of "a person who often participates in volleyball after class" made by experts, only 3.56% of college students conform to the criterion. Because of this, decreasing the degree of difficulty of volleyball skills, popularizing soft-volleyball, making volleyball club half-socialization, deepening volleyball teaching reformation are put forward, aiming at making volleyball become one of lifelong sports activities for all. |
