| 摘 要： | 文章采用文献资料法和实地教学法、综合分析法等方法并依据非体育院校学生的自身发育特点、心理生理特点、认知特征，针对非体育院校大学生体育运动项目的需求状况，就武术对练引入非体育院校的可行性及影响因素进行分析，得出以下结论：通过武术文化中的武德、自强不息、传统文化等思想对非体育院校学生进行德智教育及行为举止，将武术对练纳入非体育院校体育课程体系之中是可行且十分必要的。武术对练对非体育院校的体育教学产生诸多积极因素，对非体育院校大学生的生理机能、心理素质和社会生活适应能力产生积极的影响。

| Abstract: | With the literature and field teaching methods, and comprehensive analysis and other methods, based on students＇ own development characteristics of non-sports colleges, psychological and physiological characteristics, cognitive characteristics, demand conditions for the non-college sports college sports programs, the paper does the study of Wushu face-to-face training development feasibility and impacting factors in non-sporting colleges and universities, draws the following conclusions： through Wushu moral culture, self-reliance, the traditional culture thoughts to influence and develop students morality and behaviors, is very necessary to take Wushu face-to-face training into non-sports sports college curriculum system. Wushu face-to-face training and teaching can generate non-sports students many positive factors, and have a positive impact on the social adapt ability, the physiology and psychological f＇unctions. |
