高职偏激观念的辩证与批判

摘    要:高校是培养高境界和大视野人才的学府,其学科专业建设一般由理论、知识和技能三大系统有机构成。缺乏正确理论指导与知识观照,势必造成教学实践的盲目性与人才培养的极大浪费。高职以动手能力强作为教育教学的标志,是对大学开办的反动;零距离就业干扰高校指导思想并降低其学术品位,阻遏可持续竞争性人才的培养;双师型教师概念的运用已经严重庸俗化,违背了教学规律和原则;高等教育的本质是学科、专业的通识教育与专门化教育,而非行业的自行教育。此类错谬亟须纠正。

Abstract:Universities are intended to cultivate students with high qualities and broaden visions. Its curriculum generally consists of theory,knowledge and skills. Without theoretical guidance and knowledge,it will inevitably results in recklessness of practice and a waste of personnel training. Vocational colleges take excellent operational abilities as a symbol of education,which is against the goals of education. Direct employment for on-campus vocational college students interferes with the guidance and academic quality of higher education and deters sustainable training of competitive talents,which should be adjusted.
