| 摘 要： | 质量是开放大学的生命,厘清开放大学质量的内涵是保证开放大学健康发展的必由之路。开放大学与传统高等教育的质量文化不同,二者都包括质量文化的四个方面,即质量物质文化、质量制度文化、质量行为文化和质量精神文化,但二者的侧重点不同,开放大学文化建设应以"质量行为文化"为主流,以"质量制度文化"和"质量精神文化"为支撑和内在驱动,以"质量物质文化"为基础。从对质量、质量观、质量文化的分析中,强调了"适合的就是最好的"的开放大学质量观。

| Abstract: | Quality is the lifeblood of Open University .Clear understanding of the connotation of the Open University quality is an inevitable course of guaranteeing its healthy development .Although both Open University and traditional higher education cover the four aspects of quality culture：the quality of material culture ,the quality of institutional culture ,the quality of behavioral cul-ture and the quality of spiritual culture ,their focus is different .The cultural construction of Open University should take the quali-ty of behavioral culture as the mainstream ,the quality of institutional culture and the quality of behavioral culture as support and internal drive,the quality of material culture as base.With the analysis of the quality,quality view and quality culture,we con-clude a quality view of the Open University that fit is the best . |
