| 摘 要： | 美国“大中东民主计划”是其控制中东、独霸世界的全球战略的重要组成部分。从经济学角度看，制定该计划的目的在于：通过民主化改造，扶持建立亲美的国家政权和组织。削弱和瓦解OPEC组织，进而控制约占世界石油储量2／3的中东石油资源，从经济上称霸世界，控制盟国，遏制潜在对手。

| Abstract: | USA's Greater Middle East Initiative (GMEI)is an important part of its global strategy of controlling the Middle East and dominating the world. Viewed from economics it aims to establish state powers and organizations that have a close relationship with USA,weaken and destroy OPEC organizations by means of democratized reform,control the middle East's 2/3 the world's oil resource and dominate the world in economy,control its allied countries and potential rivals. |
