| 摘 要： | 本文论述了21世纪高校图书馆管理科学的新思路：既要坚持“三个代表”思想,树立新型馆长形象;又要建立图书馆的新理念,迎接入世后的机遇与挑战;还要借鉴中外企业管理经验,形成高校图书馆独特管理模式,以使高校图书馆在信息社会激烈竞争中立于不败之地。
