| 摘 要： | 随着国际市场竞争的不断加剧，赊销成为非常重要的一种贸易方式，国际保理业务在全球范围内也得到迅猛发展。通过对国际保理业务与信用证业务、福费廷业务、出口信用保险业务比较分析，国际保理在收汇安全、风险保障程度、融资规模等多个方面具有明显优势。但出口企业在选择国际保理业务时，同样也需要对国际保理业务风险的进行防范。

| Abstract: | It is known that with increasingly fierce competition in the international market, sell on credit has become a very important way in the trade field. Meanwhile, international insurance business has also gained rapid development throughout the world. Based on comparative analysis of international factoring, L/C, forfaiting and export credit insurance businesses, the article aims at probing into the advantages of international factoring in many aspects such as collection security, risk protection degree and financing scale. Meanwhile, as for export companies, factoring risks should also be prevented when they deal with international factoring business. |
