| 摘 要： | 2011年安徽省政府宣布安徽省撤销地级巢湖市并对其部分行政区划进行调整，原地级巢湖市所辖的一区四县分别划归合肥、芜湖、马鞍山三市管辖，这是安徽省近十年来最大的一次行政区划调整。基于历史地理学的知识，从建制沿革的角度分析历史时期巢湖市的建制沿革及其与合肥市的隶属关系，进而找到这次行政区划调整中巢湖市划归合肥市代管的历史根源。

On the Historical Affiliation of Chaohu with Hefei from the Prospective of Established System and its Evolution |

| Abstract: | On the morning of August 22, 2011, Anhui Government Information Office held a press conference, announcing that Anhui would rescind the prefecture level city Chaohu, and make adjustment to its original administrative division： the jurisdiction of its one district and four counties would be transferred to Hefei, Wuhu and Ma＇anshan. It has been the biggest administrative division adjustment in Anhui over the past ten years. This paper mainly uses history and geography knowledge to analyze Chaohu＇s established system and its affliction with Hefei city from the prospective of established system and its evolution so as to find the historical roots for the administrative region adjustment. |
