| 摘 要： | 体育院校学生在学习和掌握体育知识和技能中,为了避免或减少运动损伤的发生,采取有效的预防措施是体育保健急需解决的重要问题。通过对沈阳体院学生运动损伤的情况进调查,从专业、运动项目、损伤的部位及损伤的原因等方面进行分析并提出相应的预防运动损伤措施。

| Abstract: | It is a long-term course for students of physical education institute to study and grasp knowledge and technical ability through physical training and sports,it is an important problem to take the valid precautionary measures of the sports health care in order to avoid or reduce sports injury.This essay puts forward corresponding precationary measures on sports injury through entering the investigation of specialities,sports events,positions and reasons of injury. |
