| 摘 要： | 目的：探索运动后肥胖青年女性血清视黄醉结合蛋白4（RBP4）与葡萄转运体（GLUT4）的关系。方法：肥胖青年女性随机分为运动组和对照组，运动组进行12周慢跑锻炼，检测BMI、体脂率、血清RBP4、胰岛素和单核细胞GLUT4mRNA表达水平。结果：运动组肥胖青年女性血清RBP4、BMI、体脂率、胰岛素水平显著降低，单核细胞GLUT4mRNA表达水平显著增加，胰岛素敏感性提高。结论：12周慢跑能够通过降低肥胖青年女性血清RBP4、BMI、体脂率、胰岛素水平，增加单核细胞GLUT4mRNA表达水平，提高胰岛素敏感性；RBP4与单核细胞CLUT4mRNA表达呈负相关。
