| 摘 要： | 当前高校软环境建设滞后,严重影响了高等教育的发展。要加强高校软环境的建设必须努力铸造鲜明的大学精神;形成科学的办学模式;建立现代大学制度和运行机制;营造积极向上的校风和校园文化氛围。高等院校软环境的快速优化才能使我国高等教育真正实现“大提速”。

| Abstract: | The lag situation of the soft environment construction in colleges and universities now seriously affects the development of higher education.So in order to strengthen the construction of soft environment in colleges and universities,we must try to build college spirit;to form scientific pattern of running colleges and universities;to set up modern college system and operating mechanism;to create active school spirit and campus cultural atmosphere.Only by accelerating optimization of soft environment in colleges and universities can higher education in our country realize "largely speed-up". |
