| 摘 要： | 运用文献资料、逻辑分析等研究方法对我国公共体育服务发展规划的编制进行了研究.文章首先对我国公共体育服务发展规划的基本涵义进行了界定,分析了我国体育领域发展规划编制的现状.其次,总结了当前我国体育领域发展规划编制存在的主要问题,阐述了编制我国公共体育服务发展规划的重要意义.最后,论文对如何编制我国公共体育服务发展规划提出了四点思考,即明确公共体育服务发展规划的框架和内容、规范公共体育服务发展规划的编制流程、加强公共体育服务发展规划编制过程中的沟通与协调、重视做好公共体育服务发展规划的实施和评估.

| Abstract: | By using literature and logical analysis, the paper does some research in formation of the public sports service development plan. Firstly, the paper gives a definition of public sports service development plan, and analyzes the current situation of sports development plan in china. Secondly, the paper summarizes the main issues in the field of sports development planning in current, and discusses the importance of formatting public sports development plan in china. Finally, the article puts forward a four-point proposal: clearing the content and frame of the public sports service development plan, specification preparation process of public sports service development plan, strengthen the communication and coordination in the preparation of sports service development plan, emphasis on good implementation and evaluation of public sports service development plan. |
