| 摘 要： | 提出了战斗力生成模式的特点，总结分析了战斗力生成模式对军队科研成果转化的要求，在此基础上，从科研成果转化的机制建立、实施方法、人才培养等方面提出了促进成果转为战斗力的对策，这对进一步促进军队科研成果转化有积极的现实意义。

| Abstract: | The characteristics about the creation mode of battle effectiveness are analyzed in detail, and the requirements from the creation mode of battle effectiveness on conversion of military science and technology achievements are put forward. On the base of it, the countermeasures, such as foundation mechanism, implement method, personnel training are brought forward. All of them are important in realizing function. |
