| 摘 要： | 高校固定资产是高校赖以生存和发展的物质基础，随着我国高等教育事业的发展，高校固定资产资产规模急剧膨胀，构成也日趋复杂，但多年来高等学校的固定资产管理工作一直是高校管理的一个薄弱环节。因此加强高校固定资产的管理是当务之急，势在必行。
