| 摘 要： | 我国民办高等教育进入了一个提高办学质量、增强办学实力的新时期。民办院校自身的特点和外在的环境决定了职业指导对于民办高校发展将起着异常重要的作用。文章阐述了职业指导课程设计的原则、课程教学的方法及对职业指导教师的要求。

| Abstract: | The private higher education has now entered a new period in which teaching quality improvement and education power reinforcement become the main focus. Employment guidance has been playing extremely important role in the development of the private higher education due to its own features and its exterior environment. The article, therefore deals ,with the four vital issues on employment guidance, i.e, the principles of curriculum design, the requirements to the teacher, teaching approaches and methods as well as the time and site set for teaching. |
