| 摘 要： | 和谐道德人格是立足于和谐社会的一种理想道德人格,是高校党员教师人格修养的应然目标追求。和谐社会要求我们建立一种立足于人自身精神与肉体、人与社会、人与自然和谐共存的人类社会,这就要求作为建设和谐社会的高校党员教师这一特殊群体在理想信念、道德情操、主体价值和行为模式上具有比一般社会成员有着更高的要求。

| Abstract: | Harmonious moral quality of college teacher with CPC membership is full of connotations which determine that they will be noble in belief and demonstrative and advanced in action,meanwhile,they should also be a valuable and independent individual,who pay attention to cultivate their awareness of cooperation and scientific spirit of pursuit of truth and be practical.The form of their moral quality shows that they have lofty ideals,steady and indomitable moral character,good quality and noble values. |
