| 摘 要： | 加拿大渥太华大学与澳大利亚南昆士兰大学的“一体化双重院校模式”取得了巨大的成功和国际认可，分析后发现保证同等教育质量、实行校内校外一体化教学、发挥“无墙大学”优势、充分利用现代网络与远程教育技术、建设高素质教师队伍以及开设实用性的社区教室是两所学校在远程教育中取得成功的法宝，对我国建设开放大学启示颇多。

| Abstract: | Ottawa University and South Queensland University are the great successful cases of ＂Integrated Dual University-school Mode＂ in the world. Through analysis, it is found out that the following are the talisman to success： Ensuring the equal educational quality; performing the integrative teaching both on-campus and off- campus, taking the advantages of ＂university without walls＂, making full use of modern Internet and distance e- ducational technology, constructing highly qualified teachers and building up the practical community class- rooms, etc. , which provides much inspiration for establishing the Open University in China. |
