| 摘 要： | 高师院校职前教育实习是教师教育的重要环节和必经阶段。高师院校教育实习工作开展得如何将直接影响到学生的就业与从业后的工作质量。要做好此项工作,必须抓好实习基地建设,选拔好带队教师,改善实习方法,合理安排实习时间与环节,上好实习课。

| Abstract: | The practice teaching of preservice teachers in higher normal university is an important part in teacher education and an inevitable stage before the graduates go to work.Both the job-hunting of preservice teachers and the teaching quality of future teachers will be influenced directly by the processes of practice teaching.In order to do a good job in the practice teaching of preservice students,it is very necessary for normal university to construct the bases of practice teaching,to select the excellent teachers for the direction of the practice teaching,improve the pattern of the practice teaching,and arrange the practice schedule and process with reason.And it is also important for students to teach the practice classes well. |
