摘    要:教学个性是教师追求教学本身过程中的自我生成。在本质规定上,教学体现为独特性与多样性的统一,稳定性与动态性的统一,成人与成己的统一,合规律性与合目的性的统一,内在品质与外在行为的统一。在行为样态上,教学个性体现为重构教学目标,活化教学文本,生成教学过程,妙用教学方法。

Abstract:Teaching personality is a teacher' s self-generation in the process of teaching. In nature, teaching personality embodies the unity of uniqueness and diversity, stability and changeability, educating oth- ers and creating oneself, regularity and purposiveness, internal quality and external behavior. In behavior, it embodies reconstructing the teaching goal, activating the teaching text, generating the teaching process, ma- nipulating the teaching methods.
