| Abstract: | The managerial framework of TV programs covers the orientation of programs, producing procedure, financing, resource, cost budget and value returning. Nowadays, there are quite a lot TV channels. In order to integrate the resources of TV, we should integrate program resources, set up famous program and promote the renewal of the resources. |
