| 摘 要： | 公共图书馆讲座可持续发展是图书馆服务大众,扩大社会影响的必然选择。将创新方法中的要素重组法引入讲座工作中,列举讲座要素的构成,探讨讲座关键要素中,关于经费、主讲人资源、受众认知度、非专业传播与制作等方面存在的问题,以及讲座要素重组的六大策略,如抓住讲座核心要素、以受众需求为导向、大胆组合打造讲座、借助活动带动讲座、打破单一要素模式、提高讲座要素整体,进而达到讲座社会效益最大化。
