| 摘 要： | 马克思政府公共性思想是对黑格尔市民社会与国家理论的批判性继承:在这种批判性继承中显示出马克思政府公共性思想的黑格尔主义来源;对市民社会与政治国家作明确区分是马克思政府公共性思想与黑格尔国家理论的共同基础;两者都属于自由主义批判的共同模式.通过对近代自由主义和黑格尔国家理想主义的批判,马克思以"自由人的联合体"实现了对市民社会和政治国家的双重超越.研究马克思政府公共性思想特别是市民社会理论,对我国当前加强以改善民生为重点的社会建设、强化政府社会管理和公共服务职能、构建公共服务型政府和多元参与的公共管理模式,具有重要的理论价值和实践价值.
