| 摘 要： | 分析了高校实验室安全管理体系的内涵,研究了香港和美国高校实验室安全管理工作的特点,进而结合浙江理工大学近年来实验室安全管理的具体实践。阐述了从组织机构、制度保障、教育宣传、安全检查、技术防范、应急预案等3个方面构建我国内地高校实验室安全管理体系的基本思路。

| Abstract: | Based on the innovation analysis of laboratory safety management system in colleges and universities,and the characteristics research of laboratory safety management in universities of Hong Kong and the United States,in view of the concrete practice of laboratory safety management of Zhejiang Sci-Tech University in recent years,the basic construction ideas of laboratory safety management system in colleges and universities of Mainland China were elaborated from six aspects,such asorganization,regulations protection,safety education,safety inspection,technical prevention,emergency response plan. |
