| 摘 要： | 高职学生综合素质评价体系是我国高等职业教育改革的重要内容,也是引导学生正确发展的灯塔。目前,部分高职院校仍沿用普通高校的评价标准,这些评价标准存在评价主体单一、重过程轻结果等问题,显然已经不能适应我国高等职业教育的发展方向。因此,学校必须重新认识和建立符合高等职业教育规律的科学有效的综合素质评价体系。笔者针对现有综合素质评价标准中存在的不足提出基于职业生涯规划视角下的高职学生综合素质评价体系,对高职学生综合素质评价体系进行了新的认识和探索。

| Abstract: | Students＇comprehensive quality evaluation system plays an important role in Chinese higher vocational education reform,and guides students to develop in the correct direction.At present,some higher vocational schools still adapt the evaluation system of regular institutions of higher learning.Single evaluation subject,over focusing on the process but not results,and other problems can not meet the needs of domestic higher vocational education development.Therefore,schools should rediscover and reconstruct the scientific and effective comprehensive quality evaluation system according with the rules of higher vocational education.By analyzing deficiencies existing in the current comprehensive quality evaluation system,this thesis brings out the comprehensive quality evaluation system based on vocational education student from the perspective of career planning through cognition and exploration. |
